WHICH BACK PAIN MACHINE WILL ELIMINATE YOUR BACK PAIN?

I have used Back Pain Machines for over 25 years, both as a chiropractor and nurse. The ones I have most experience using include,

Electrical Muscle Stimulators

• Mechanical Traction Tables

• Infrared Heating Pads

• Hand-held Massagers

• Inversion Tables

• Ultra Sound

All of these Back Pain Machines have worked very well in providing relief from back pain. I am going to recommend only four of the 6 machines listed above because you can easily use these 4 at home, while the others need to be provided at a physician’s office.

Electric Muscle Stimulation/TENS Unit

In my office I used a large commercial Electric Muscle Stimulation machine. I would often send patients home with a Portable TENS Unit. The TENS Unit I recommend can be purchased inexpensively at amazon for under fifty dollars. Other good units cost up to $500.

The Product Features that make this TENS Unit a great back pain machine include:

It has 5 Treatment Modes.

It Relieves Pain & Builds, Stimulates and Reeducates Muscle.

It has a Customized Electronic Pulse Rate.

It comes Complete with Carrying Case and Electrodes.

It has A Satisfaction Guarantee.

Everything is included for immediate use.

You can view this TENS Unit at amazon by clicking the picture below.

Inversion Tables

Inversion therapy involves hanging either partially of fully upside down. This position removes the pressure of gravity from the discs and joints in your back.

Infrared Heating Pads

I believe infrared heat is the most effective type of heat therapy due to its ability to penetrate deeper into the body than other types of heat, such as dry or moist heat. Infrared heat is a treatment that you can easily use at home for back pain relief, and relief of any other area of your body. For a complete review of Heat Therapy click “Which Heating Pad Gives Best Relief” where you will see a page on my site where I review all types of heat therapy.

Hand-held Massagers

I have used many different hand-held massagers in my practice. The one I liked the best is called the Jeanie Rub Massager. The Jeanie Rub Massager is a variable speed back pain machine that allows you to customize the intensity of the massage.

Until recently I thought you could only get one of these back pain machines from a medical supply company; but I found that you can get a Jeanie Rub Massager at Amazon.com. At this time this massager can be bought new for only $164.95 with free shipping. This is a 44% savings from the regular price of $275.95.

You can't go wrong with any of these three machines I have recommended. I used them all with great success, and these three can just as easily be used at home without the cost of doctor visits.
